Upgrade from v6.0.1

Hello all,
Our mattermost enterprise edition is 6.0.1 and I want to upgrade it to the least version, can I know the upgrade path that I should follow? Is it allowed to upgrade it to the least version directly or should I upgrade from V6.0.1 to V6.3 which is the Extended Support Release (ESR) then upgrade to least version?

Upgrading directly to the latest should be fine. Please check the upgrade notes when doing the upgrade:
