503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

Hi there! We have a problem with our cloud version of Mattermost.
In app and even in browser ver. we see this

already for two hours

What’s can be and how to solve this?

Oh… Thanks for deleting the activities of more than 100 people in the team without any warning and the ability to make a backup.

Hate to say, but this is why I don’t do cloud. At mercy of third party.

Hello @yesmrmo

Due to Russia’s war against Ukraine, and ongoing sanctions, we have suspended all business operations in Russia, including both export and re-export of products and services. Mattermost was required to take action to comply with sanctions regulations in the U.S. and other countries where we operate, including suspending accounts without prior notice, as mandated by law.

Mattermost will continue to keep a close watch on the situation as it unfolds.

For more information on the Russia sanctions refer to: US and European Union.
