Mattermost channel is down

The following channel is down for the past week: https://mattermost.ohbm-environment.org/home/

When trying to access it on the browser, the webpage displays the error message
"This site can’t be reached
mattermost.ohbm-environment.org took too long to respond.
Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall chrome-error :// chromewebdata/#buttons)
    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".

However, the issue is not related to connectivity issues as both myself and the other members of the channel cannot access from different locations worldwide.
It is also impossible to access from the Mattermost app.

Please can I ask advice on what we can do about this?

Many thanks for your kind reply.
Have you heard of similar network issues before with Mattermost channels, and if so is it something that will naturally resolve?

Could you think of anyone who I could consult further? Or could someone like the channel creator do something about it at all?

How about writing an email to

ohbm.sea.sig@gmail.com

Maybe their admin can fix it…

They host a Mattermost server on their own, so from the Mattermost community there’s not much we can do from here.

The channel admin solved it by taking the server offline and on again I think!
So will mark as solved.
