Can't login to my account via desktop version

I am trying to log in via desktop versio (macOS), but after completing the server name it is just “loading” all the time with no results.
I have already used this application before and it was ok, but something happened, I was log out by system and now i can’t log in again.
It’s okay with web version, it works good, but I want to use MacOS app.
There are two frames for adding info before login - server display name (I name it randomly) and server URL (I copy link from web version).

Please help me resolve it.

Hi,

what client version are you using on your PC? The most recent version is 5.1.1, please make sure to use the most recent one and also please try to cmd+shift+r (full reload) the app to clear the caches.
