Issue: Desktop app hangs on loading screen on Windows 10
The desktop app (any version above 6.0) frequently hangs on the loading screen on Windows 10. This does not occur every time, but it happens roughly 9 out of 10 times when the app launches automatically on Windows startup.
In some cases, closing and reopening the app resolves the issue, but not consistently. Refreshing the cache (Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + R) temporarily fixes the problem.
This issue does not appear to occur in version 5.11.2.
