Exceeding the licensed user limit

What happens when the Enterprise license reaches the user limit? For instance, if the license is for 10 Enterprise Users what happens when an 11th user attempts to log in?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that we’re considering the purchase for a self-hosted server. Even then the link doesn’t provide any information about the licensed user limit.

based on my experience, nothing technically will happen but you will have to provide quarterly screenshots of your site usage statistics to Mattermost and if you are over the limit of your license you‘ll have to upgrade.
