Hi, I have an issue with Mattermost. I have a notification (1) in Drafts, but when I go there, it is empty. Please help me fix the problem. Thanks.

I’d recommend clearing your browser’s cache and refreshing Mattermost to see if that resolves the notification. Let me know if that helps! If it doesn’t, I’ll spend some more time seeing if I can dig up some more information on this for us.

Try a Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh.

If refreshing didn’t help, you might want to try signing out and back in or clearing the application cache by navigating to File > Clear Cache and Reload in the Mattermost Desktop App. If the issue persists, could you let us know which version of Mattermost you’re using? That might help us pinpoint the cause.
now I have steps how to replicate the issue.
- Send a message to someone
- delete the message by clicking on delete button
- now you have a notification ( message has been deleted )
- click on that notification and wright something in the reply box now you have a notification in your draft section.
- now click on the cross icon to remove the notification ( message has been deleted ).
This is the way you can replicate the issue
