Unfortunately, after last update when I trying to start app it closes. When I double click the start button on iphone I see the app in running apps, but when I try to select it the app is closing again.
Could you tell me, please, is there a bug or app won’t support this ios?

I have the same problem with version 1.9.2 and iOS 10.3.1, but I don’t think the app is running background, it is just crashing at each time I open the app and it tries to connect to the server. Which I don’t know is if it always happens or if it is dependent of the server. Which I can say is it is not dependent on the iDevice. I can’t help more because I do not have access to the server logs.

In fact it is even worse now. The app crashes the same when I open it and it tries to connect, but when I tried to reinstall the app to open it with no connection attempt, it give me now an error message signal 6 saying me that the app will close in 6 seconds.

Our engineers are asking for community’s help on providing as much detail as possible so that we can try and determine the issue. They are also asking if anyone would be able to help in setting up a dev environment and running the app in their device to see if the issue reproduces.

But I installed version 1.9.3, the application still fails at startup …
Hi @irunygam! Would you like to try on iOS v1.10 (will be available to download in the next few days)? Some reporters with the same issue said that updating to v1.10 helped resolve this issue.

I am sorry I cannot be of much help to you however let me share my experience I was using iPhone 8. The apps just kept crashing after 2 months of use so I thought of updating my OS and while updating the OS, I got iPhone Error 4013 which did not let me do anything.

What is the current iOS version and Mattermost iOS app that you are running on?
@donald450 I was reading through the Error 4013 and wanted to confirm if you have enough space besides the rest of the potential fix as well.
It could be your iPhone OS glitches. To remove them, you could first update your iPhone to the latest version or force restart your iPhone. If they don’t work, you could get started right now to fix ios by using related tools such as TunesKit iOS system Recovery without causing any data loss.
