Mattermost Desktop 5.0.2 locks up clicking on notifications in Windows 10

Summary
When clicking on a Windows 10 notification message from the Mattermost Desktop Client (5.0.1 and 5.0.2) sometimes the desktop client locks up for about 1 minute.

Steps to reproduce
Running Mattermost Desktop 5.0.2 on Windows 10, but had the issue on 5.0.1. Never had the issue on the 4.x series.
Mattermost server version is 6.2.1.

When a desktop notification appears, if you click on the notification sometimes the client locks up for about a minute, other times it’s fine, it’s a bit random.

I have found that you can unlock the client by maximising and restoring if you don’t want to wait.

I’m not sure if it makes a difference, but this is running inside a Citrix Virtual Desktop.

Expected behavior
Clicking on a notification doesn’t lockup the client.

Observed behavior
Lockups/freezing sometimes when clicking on the notification.

@amy.blais Any idea if there is an associated Jira ticket to get this fixed? This freezing has been about about 3 months now and it’s getting a bit annoying. We’re paying customers if it makes any difference.
