Mattermost Desktop crashes after start

Hello guys

we have installed the Mattermost Desktop app on one of our windows terminal server 2016. Unfortunately the app crashes when it starts. In the background we can see, that the desktop app is trying to start several times produces each time a crash dump. We have this crash dumps saved. The message we receive, when the app crashes is as follows:

We also have tried with the version 4.7.2 and the new version 5.0.0. We have this issue with all mentioned versions.
