Mattermost Login Issues with Blank white screen and Google Authenticator

Hi guys,
I have not used the app for a few days and got kicked out. Now, when I try to sign back in, I just see a Blank White Screen. The Google Authenticator is not syncing with my account anymore, and I’m not receiving the six digit MFA code.

I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that did not solve anything. I have not had any luck finding answers in other forums, and I really need to get this sorted out before the next UTA drill.

Has anyone else been having trouble logging into Mattermost? Any tips or solutions to solve this screen issue would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sophi-Josephine, sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having! A blank white screen can sometimes indicate a caching issue. Try clearing your app’s cache and data, then reinstall the app. Also, make sure your Google Authenticator is synced by checking your device’s time settings.
