My account can not login the account in WIndows and Iphone, also can not reset the password

my account is locked due to multiple attempts in the Windows mattermost app, so the mattermost suggest I reset the word through email. However, then I also meet the error that I can not reset the password. Now I can not login in the Windows and the IOS iPhone app. What should I do?

Have you contacted your server’s System Admin regarding this? They would be able to help reset your password.
