System Console - Channel Edit Not Saving

Summary
Web-UI will not promote member to Channel Administrator for a private channel. When choosing to promote a member to Channel Administrator for a private channel using the UI, clicking the save button just sits there and clocks.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go into System Console.
  2. Select Channels under USER MANANGEMENT
  3. Select Channel to edit (private channel).
  4. Under Role column, select the Member down arrow and choose ‘Make Channel Admin’
  5. Click Save.

Expected behavior
I would expect the Save to complete the process with a confirmation.

Observed behavior
The Save button just sits there and clocks never returning.

Also, this happens when trying to ADD a member to a Channel using the System Console as well.
