I am having trouble setting up my Mattermost server and am unable to log in. I have checked my configuration and all seems to be in order, I’ve double checked the database connection and the credentials, also, I’ve made sure the server is running and the ports are open. But when I try to log in, I keep getting a ‘Invalid login credentials’ error message. I have tried resetting the password and creating a new user, but the issue persists. I am not sure what else to try. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What’s your authentication backend? Local users ore anything external (SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, GitLab, etc.)?
Anything relevant in the server logs (by default the logfile is /opt/mattermost/logs/mattermost.log)?
What server version are you running?
Any changes recently that could be the reason for this new behaviour?
