What’s your authentication backend? Local users ore anything external (SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, GitLab, etc.)?
Anything relevant in the server logs (by default the logfile is /opt/mattermost/logs/mattermost.log)?
What server version are you running?
Any changes recently that could be the reason for this new behaviour?
