I’m working on a Macbook Air M2 with MacOS Ventura. I’m using the Mattermost desktop app 5.10.2 with a Mattermost server 11.2.
If I try to upgrade my desktop app to earlier version I faced a white screen (which seems to be a know problems).
However I could not find any solutions to solve this problem (and I’ve read lots of topic on this forum, in the github issues and on reddit) :
- clear cache → not working
- disable cache in dev console → not working
- upgrade server version (we were in version 10 something before) → not working
- completely remove the app for a fresh start → not working
- disable GPU usage → not working
I’ve been stuck to the 5.10.2 desktop app version for a year and I really though that upgrading the server would solve everything but it’s not the case.
I’ve tried several version :
- 6.0.3-rc.1
- 6.0.2
- 5.13.2
