Cluttered `/gif` implementation

Expected:

  • When you use /gif a GIF appears cleanly

Observed:

  • The URL to the GIF and a “GIPHY” logo appear above the GIF, rather than below or in a collapsed form, making the GIF harder to see on small screens, where parts may be cut-off,

The /gif command is implemented via a Community Maintainer plugin. Your UX concerns can’t be fixed within Mattermost itself. Could you please open a new GitHub issue in the community member repository?

It’s not technically a code defect until there are clear guidelines for 3rd party integrations UX expectations.

@matthewbirtch is there something in Compass for this? Compass Design System
