Server is not reachable

Hello,

I’m using Mattermost Cloud version but iOS client but everyone in the team complain that they do not receive notifications.

And, indeed, whenever I open mobile app it shows error “The Server is not reachable” but shortly after that “Connection restored”.

App version: 2.4.0 (Build 471)
Server version: 7.11.0 (Build cloud-2023-05-01-1)
Database: postgres
Database schema version: 107

Unfortunately, all features that Mattermost could offer doesn’t mean anything when notifications are not delivered.

Is anyone experience the same issue?
